摘要
目的 探讨抗阻训练联合分阶段健康教育预防乳腺癌术后淋巴水肿的价值.方法 选取2021年7月至2023年6月本院收治的104例乳腺癌患者,随机分为两组.对照组采用常规干预,观察组采用抗阻训练联合分阶段健康教育.比较两组患者术后淋巴水肿发生率及生存质量.结果 观察组术后淋巴水肿发生率为13.46％,低于对照组的34.62％(P＜0.05).干预后,观察组生理、社会家庭、功能、情感、附加评分均高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 抗阻训练联合分阶段健康教育可降低乳腺癌患者术后淋巴水肿的发生率,改善其生存质量.
Abstract
Objective To explore the value of resistance training combined with staged health education in preventing lymphedema after breast cancer surgery.Methods 104 patients with breast cancer admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to June 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine intervention,and the observation group received resistance training combined with staged health education.The incidence of lymphedema after surgery and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of lymphedema after surgery in the observation group was 13.46％,lower than 34.62％in the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the scores of physiology,social family,function,emotion and addition in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Resistance training combined with staged health education can reduce the incidence of lymphedema after breast cancer surgery,and improve the quality of life of patients.
