护理团队策略下的疼痛管理在晚期癌痛患者中的应用

摘要
目的 探讨护理团队策略下的疼痛管理在晚期癌痛患者中的应用效果.方法 选取2022年3月至2023年3月本院收治的70例晚期癌症患者,按照抽签法分为观察组与对照组.对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用护理团队策略下的疼痛管理.比较两组疼痛控制情况及生存质量.结果 护理后,观察组疼痛控制各项评分低于对照组(P＜0.05).护理后,观察组生活质量各项评分高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 护理团队策略下的疼痛管理可减轻晚期癌痛患者的疼痛症状,提升其生存质量.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of pain management under nursing team strategy for patients with advanced cancer pain.Methods 70 cases of patients with advanced cancer admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to lottery method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received pain management under nursing team strategy.The pain control and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of pain control in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Pain management under the nursing team strategy can relieve the pain symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients with advanced cancer pain.
