加速康复外科理念在高血压脑出血手术患者围术期护理中的应用效果观察

摘要
目的 探讨加速康复外科(ERAS)理念在高血压脑出血(HICH)手术患者围术期护理中的应用效果.方法 将本院2021年10月至2022年10月收治的92例HICH患者随机分为对照组(46例,常规护理)和观察组(46例,ERAS理念护理).两组均持续护理至患者出院.比较两组术后康复情况、并发症发生率及生活质量.结果 观察组肛门排气时间、离床活动时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05).护理后,观察组SS-QOL评分高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 ERAS理念应用于HICH手术患者围术期护理中,可加快术后康复,降低并发症发生率,提升患者生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)concept in perioperative nursing of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH)patients.Methods 92 HICH patients admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were randomly divided into control group(46 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(46 cases,ERAS nursing).Both groups continuously received nursing until discharge.The postoperative recovery,incidence of complications,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The exhaust time,out of bed activity time,and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After nursing,the SS-QOL score of the the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions ERAS concept applied in perioperative nursing of patients with HICH surgery can accelerate postoperative recovery,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the quality of life of patients.
