Observation on the Application Effect of Enhanced Recovery After Surgery Concept in Perioperative Nursing of Patients with Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage Surgery
Objective To explore the application effect of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)concept in perioperative nursing of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH)patients. Methods 92 HICH patients admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were randomly divided into control group(46 cases, routine nursing)and observation group(46 cases,ERAS nursing). Both groups continuously received nursing until discharge. The postoperative recovery, incidence of complications, and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The exhaust time, out of bed activity time, and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing, the SS-QOL score of the the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions ERAS concept applied in perioperative nursing of patients with HICH surgery can accelerate postoperative recovery, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve the quality of life of patients.
