人文关怀护理用于甲状腺癌手术患者的效果观察

摘要
目的 分析人文关怀护理对甲状腺癌手术患者的效果.方法 选择2019年1月至2023年1月在我院手术的甲状腺癌患者80例,随机分为常规组(40例,常规护理)和研究组(40例,常规护理+人文关怀护理),比较两组患者的抑郁、焦虑情绪、术后疼痛及并发症.结果 干预后,研究组HAMD、HAMA评分低于常规组(P＜0.05).研究组术后6 h、12 h、24 h的VAS评分均低于常规组(P＜0.05).研究组并发症发生率低于常规组(P＜0.05).结论 人文关怀护理可显著改善甲状腺癌手术患者的不良情绪,减轻术后疼痛,降并发症发生率.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of humanistic nursing for patients with thyroid cancer surgery.Methods 80 thyroid cancer patients undergoing surgery in our hospital from September 2019 to January 2023 were randomly divided into routine group(40 cases,routine nursing)and study group(40 cases,routine nursing+humanistic nursing).The depression,anxiety,postoperative pain and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the HAMD and HAMA scores of the study group were lower than those of the routine group(P＜0.05).The VAS scores at 6 hours,12 hours and 24 hours after surgery of the study group were lower than those of the routine group(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the routine group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Humanistic nursing can significantly improve the negative emotions of patients with thyroid cancer surgery,alleviate postoperative pain,and reduce the incidence of complications.
