Impact of Comprehensive Airway Nursing Management on Related Adverse Events of Mechanical Ventilation Patients after Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage Surgery
Objective To explore the impact of comprehensive airway nursing management on related adverse events of mechanical ventilation patients after hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH)surgery. Methods 102 HICH patients admitted to our hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(comprehensive airway nursing management),with 51 cases in each group. The incidence of adverse events, mechanical ventilation time,ICU stay time, and satisfaction score were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The mechanical ventilation time and ICU stay time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive airway nursing management can reduce the risk of adverse events in mechanical ventilation patients after HICH surgery, shorten the mechanical ventilation time and ICU stay time, and improve patients'satisfaction degree.
