Analysis on the Effect of Evidence-Based Nursing for Patients in the Anesthesia Recovery Room after Total Hip Joint Replacement
Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing for patients in anesthesia recovery room after total hip Joint replacement.Methods 86 patients for total hip joint replacement in our hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected.All entered the anesthesia recovery room after surgery and randomly divided into observation group(43 cases,routine nursing+evidence-based nursing)and control group(43 cases,routine nursing).The physiological function,complications and nursing satisfaction degree of the two groups were compared.Results At exit,the scores of blood pressure,respiration,vitality and consciousness in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.65%,lower than 23.26%in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 97.67%,higher than 79.07%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Evidence-based nursing for patients in anesthesia recovery room after total hip joint replacement can improve the physiological function,reduce the complications and improve patients'nursing satisfaction degree.
