Impact of High-Quality Nursing on Heart Rate and Blood Pressure of Patients in the Anesthesia Recovery Room after Vertebral Fracture Surgery
Objective To explore the impact of high-quality nursing on blood pressure and heart rate of patients in the anesthesia recovery room after vertebral fracture surgery. Methods 82 patients with vertebral fracture surgery in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and randomly divided into high-quality nursing group(41 cases, basic nursing+high-quality nursing)and control group(41 cases, basic nursing). The negative emotions, pain, heart rate, blood pressure and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The HAMD,HAMA and VAS scores of the high-quality nursing group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The heart rate and systolic blood pressure of the high-quality nursing group during the awakening period were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the high-quality nursing group was lower than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions High-quality nursing for patients in the anesthesia recovery room after vertebral fracture surgery can improve the negative emotions, reduce postoperative pain, avoid the physiological and psychological stress causing fluctuations in heart rate and blood pressure, and reduce the incidence of complications.
