Impact of Targeted Psychological Nursing on the Compliance of Elderly Hypertensive Patients with Coronary Heart Disease
Objective To explore the impact of targeted psychological nursing on the compliance of elderly hypertensive patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 100 elderly hypertensive patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were randomly divided into study group(routine nursing+targeted psychological nursing)and control group(routine nursing),with 50 cases in each group.The compliance,blood pressure and lipid levels were compared between the two group.Results The compliance of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the triglycerides and total cholesterol levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Targeted psychological nursing can significantly improve the compliance of elderly hypertensive patients with coronary heart disease,which is beneficial for controlling blood pressure and blood lipids,with significant effect.
