摘要
目的 探讨个案管理优势模式对维持性血液透析患者治疗依从性和疲乏状况的影响.方法 选取2022年1月至2023年1月于我院进行维持性血液透析的120例患者,随机分为对照组(n=60)和观察组(n=60).对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用个案管理优势模式.比较两组的治疗依从性和疲乏状况.结果 干预后,观察组饮食依从性、液体摄入依从性、用药依从性和透析依从性评分均高于对照组,FS-14评分低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 个案管理优势模式能够有效提高维持性透析患者的治疗依从性,改善其疲乏状况.
Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of case management advantage model on treatment compliance and fatigue of patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Methods 120 patients with maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=60)and observation group(n=60).The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group used case management advantage model on the basis of the control group.The treatment compliance and fatigue were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of diet compliance,liquid intake compliance,medication compliance and dialysis compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the FS-14 score was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Case management advantage model can effectively improve the treatment compliance and fatigue of patients with maintenance hemodialysis.
