Analysis on the Influencing Factors of Cognitive Dysfunction in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction
Objective To analyze the related influencing factors of cognitive dysfunction in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods The clinical data of 118 ACI patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed. The incidence of cognitive dysfunction was counted.Univariate and multivariate analysis was used to find out the risk factors affecting the occurrence of cognitive dysfunction in ACI patients. Results The incidence of cognitive dysfunction in 118 ACI patients was 38.98%(46/118);Univariate and Logistic regression analysis results showed that age ≥70 years old, education level of junior high school and below, diabetes mellitus, history of cerebrovascular disease,NIHSS score ≥15 points, and location of cerebral infarction in the left hemisphere were the risk factors affecting the occurrence of cognitive dysfunction in ACI patients(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions Cognitive dysfunction in ACI patients is related to the factors such as age ≥70 years, educational level of junior high school and below, diabetes mellitus, history of cerebrovascular disease,NIHSS score ≥ 15 points, and location of cerebral infarction in the left hemisphere.
