Analysis on Related Influencing Factors of Osteoporosis in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
Objective To analyze the related influencing factors of osteoporosis(OP)in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods The clinical data of 89 T2DM patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were retrospectively analyzed. The OP incidence was counted, and the related factors affecting OP in T2DM patients were analyzed by univariate and multivariate Logistic regression. Results 23 cases of 89 T2DM patients had OP,with the incidence of 25.84%.Further univariate and Logistic regression analysis showed that age ≥ 60 years, course of disease ≥ 10 years,BMI<24 kg/m2,HbA1c ≥9%,TC≥ 5.2 mmol/L,and Ca<2.2 mmol/L were risk factors for OP in T2DM patients(P<0.05).Conclusions The occurrence of OP in T2DM patients is closely related to their age, course of disease,BMI,HbA1c,TC,and Ca levels.Clinical attention should be paid to these influencing factors.
