Analysis on the Influencing Factors of Laparoscopic-Assisted Resection for Prognosis of Children with Sacrococcygeal Teratoma
Objective To analyze the related influencing factors of laparoscopic-assisted resection for prognosis of children with sacrococcygeal teratoma. Methods 60 children with sacrococcygeal teratoma undergoing laparoscopic-assisted resection in our hospital from June 2020 to January 2022 were selected.According to the different clinical outcomes of children, they were divided into good prognosis group and poor prognosis group. The general data of were collected, and univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the related factors affecting their prognosis. Results After 6 months of follow-up,9 of 60 children had poor prognostic outcomes, with the incidence of 15.00%.Univariate analysis results showed that the prognosis of children with sacrococcygeal teratoma undergoing laparoscopic assisted resection was not affected by their gender and blood AFP value, but might be affected by their diagnostic age, clinical classification, tumor characteristics, tumor size and pathological types(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that diagnostic age, clinical classification, tumor characteristics and pathological types were independent factors affecting the prognosis of children with sacrococcygeal teratoma undergoing laparoscopic-assisted resection(P<0.05).Conclusions The prognosis of children with sacrococcygeal teratoma undergoing laparoscopic-assisted resection is affected by factors such as diagnosis age, clinical classification, tumor characteristics, and pathological types.Clinical attention should be paid to the above influencing factors.
