Comparison on the Effects of Laparoscopic Proximal Gastrectomy and Laparoscopic Radical Total Gastrectomy in the Treatment of Proximal Gastric Cancer
Objective To compare the clinical effects of laparoscopic proximal gastrectomy and laparoscopic radical total gastrectomy in the treatment of proximal gastric cancer. Methods 70 patients with proximal gastric cancer were randomly divided into two groups.Group A was treated with laparoscopic proximal gastrectomy, and group B was treated with laparoscopic radical total gastrectomy. The operation related indicators, inflammatory factor levels and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The operation related indicators of group A were better than those of group B,and the levels of hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α at 7 days after surgery were lower than those of group B(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Compared with laparoscopic radical total gastrectomy, laparoscopic proximal gastrectomy in the treatment of patients with proximal gastric cancer has less trauma and slighter postoperative inflammatory response.
