Effect of Microscope-Assisted Neuroendoscopy in the Treatment of Ruptured Intracranial Aneurysms and Its Impact on Cognitive Function of Patients
Objective To explore the clinical effect of microscope-assisted neuroendoscopy in the treatment of patients with ruptured intracranial aneurysms. Methods 100 patients with ruptured intracranial aneurysms were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with microscopic clipping, and the observation group was treated with microscope-assisted neuroendoscopy. The efficacy, prognosis and cognitive function were compared between the two groups. Results The rate of incomplete occlusion of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The mRS scores at 5 d,10 d,30 d and 60 d after surgery of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the MoCA scores at 30 d and 60 d after surgery were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Microscope-assisted neuroendoscopy in the treatment of ruptured intracranial aneurysms can improve the success rate of clipping and improve the prognosis and cognitive function of patients.
