Study on the Application of Ultrasound Monitoring of Inferior Vena Cava Parameters in Hysteroscopic Surgery Anesthesia
Objective To explore the application value of ultrasound monitoring of inferior vena cava parameters in hysteroscopic surgery. Methods 100 patients with hysteroscopic surgery under general anesthesia were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received detection of pre-load indicators, and the observation group received ultrasound monitoring of inferior vena cava parameters to evaluate the perioperative volume status. The liquid replenishment and the volume parameters were compared between the two groups. Results The amount of liquid supplementation in the observation group was less than that in the control group, the time of liquid supple-mentation was shorter than that in the control group, and the incidences of hypotension and chills were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After rehydration,IVCe and IVCi in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and dIVC was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Ultrasound monitoring of inferior vena cava parameters can accurately reflect the volume status of patients with hysteroscopic surgery during anesthesia, guide intraoperative fluid infusion, and reduce the occurrence of hypotension.
