Effect of Hysteroscopic Cold Knife Resection Combined with Dydrogesterone in the Treatment of Endometrial Polyps and Its Impact on Pregnancy
Objective To explore the effect of hysteroscopic cold knife resection combined with dydrogesterone in the treatment of endometrial polyps. Methods 98 patients with endometrial polyps were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with hysteroscopic electrotomy combined with dydrogesterone, and the observation group was treated with hysteroscopic cold knife resection combined with dydrogesterone. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, the intraoperative blood loss amount, the incidence of adverse reactions, and the postoperative PBAC score and serum VEGF level were lower than those of the control group, and the pregnancy rate at 12 months after surgery was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Hysteroscopic cold knife resection combined with dydrogesterone in the treatment of patients with endometrial polyps has significant effect.
