Diagnostic Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound Blood Flow Parameters in Ovarian Cancer Invasion
Objective To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasound blood flow parameters in evaluation of peripheral vascular invasion of ovarian cancer. Methods Color Doppler ultrasound was performed in 82 patients with ovarian cancer to measure arterial blood flow parameters. The peripheral vascular invasion was observed, the blood flow parameters of invasive and non-invasive patients were compared, and the value of blood flow parameters in the diagnosis of vascular invasion was analyzed. Results The EDV and PSV of the invasive group were higher than those of the non-invasive group, and the PI and RI were lower than those of the non-invasive group(P<0.05).The AUC of combined detection in the diagnosis of peripheral vascular invasion was higher than that of single detection of EDV,PSV,PI and RI(P<0.05).Conclusions Color Doppler ultrasound blood flow parameters in the diagnosis of peripheral vascular invasion of ovarian cancer have high value, and combined detection can improve the diagnostic effiiciency.
