摘要

目的 比较多层螺旋CT(MSCT)与超声诊断急性阑尾炎的效能.方法 选取2020年5月至2023年1月我院收治的疑似急性阑尾炎患者125例,均行MSCT与超声检查,分析急性阑尾炎的MSCT、超声影像学表现.以手术病理结果为标准,比较MSCT、超声诊断急性阑尾炎的效能.结果 MSCT与手术病理诊断结果的一致性较好(Kappa=0.914,P<0.001),超声与手术病理诊断结果的一致性一般(Kappa=0.731,P<0.001).MSCT诊断急性阑尾炎的灵敏度、特异度、准确率均显著高于超声(P<0.05).结论 MSCT及超声诊断急性阑尾炎均有一定的价值,但MSCT较超声具有更高的诊断效能,可降低漏诊、误诊风险.

Abstract

Objective To compare the efficiencies of multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT)and ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis.Methods A total of 125 patients with suspected acute appendicitis admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to January 2023 were selected.All patients were examined by MSCT and ultrasound,and the MSCT and ultrasound imaging manifestations of acute appendicitis were analyzed.Based on the results of surgical pathology,the efficiencies of MSCT and ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis were compared.Results The consistency between MSCT and surgical pathological diagnosis results was good(Kappa=0.914,P<0.001),and the consistency between ultrasound and surgical pathological diagnosis results was general(Kappa=0.731,P<0.001).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of MSCT in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis were significantly higher than those of ultrasound(P<0.05).Conclusions Both MSCT and ultrasound have certain value in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis,but MSCT has higher diagnostic efficiency than ultrasound,which can reduce the risk of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.
