Study on the Application Value of Full-Length Photography of Both Lower Limbs Under Pelvic Median Position in Total Knee Arthroplasty
Objective To analyze the application value of full-length photography of both lower limbs under pelvic median position in total knee arthroplasty. Methods The full-length images of both lower limbs of 92 patients with total knee arthroplasty were taken under pelvic median position and patella median position, and the measurement results of the two positions were compared. The knee joint function before and after surgery was compared. Results The mMPTA,mLDFA and FBA of patients under pelvic median position were higher than those of patients under patella median position(P<0.05);No significant difference was found in mFTA between the two positions(P>0.05).After surgery, the scores of knee joint mobility, flexion deformity, stability, pain and function were higher than those before surgery(P<0.05).Conclusions Full-length photography of both lower limbs under pelvic median position has high clinical application value in total knee arthroplasty, which can effectively obtain accurate data related to the lower limb force line, and is conducive to promoting the recovery of knee joint function after surgery.
