Clinical Effect of Hysteroscopic Cold Knife Separation Combined with COOK Balloon in the Treatment of Patients with In-trauterine Adhesion
Objective To explore the clinical effect of hysteroscopic cold knife separation combined with COOK balloon in the treatment of patients with intrauterine adhesion(IUA).Methods 84 patients with IUA were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with hysteroscopic cold knife separation, and the observation group was treated with hysteroscopic cold knife separation combined with COOK balloon. The levels of inflammatory factors and the incidence of intrauterine re-adhesion were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of serum IL-4,IL-6 and IL-8 at 1 month after surgery in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).During the follow-up period, the incidence of intrauterine re-adhesion in the observation group was 4.76%,significantly lower than 19.05%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Hysteroscopic cold knife separation combined with COOK balloon in the treatment of IUA patients can obviously relieve the inflammatory reaction and reduce the incidence of intrauterine re-adhesion.
