Comparison on the Diagnostic Effects of Dynamic Electrocardiogram and Routine Electrocardiogram on Asymptomatic Coronary Heart Disease
Objective To compare the efficiencies of dynamic electrocardiogram and routine electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of asymptomatic coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 100 patients with suspected coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected. All cases were examined by routine electrocardiogram and dynamic electrocardiogram.Based on the results of coronary angiography, the diagnostic efficiencies of dynamic electrocardiogram and routine electrocardiogram were compared. Results The consistency between routine electrocardiogram and coronary angiography results was general(Kappa value=0.741,P<0.001),and the consistency between dynamic electrocardiogram and coronary angiography results was good(Kappa value=0.923,P<0.001).The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of dynamic electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of asymptomatic coronary heart disease were significantly higher than those of routine electrocardiogram(P<0.05).Conclusions Dynamic electrocardiogram has higher efficiency than routine electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of asymptomatic coronary heart disease, which can reduce the risk of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
