摘要
目的 探讨高分辨MRI在肛瘘术前诊断及分型鉴别中的应用价值.方法 50例肛瘘患者均行高分辨MRI检查,以手术结果为标准,分析MRI诊断肛瘘和鉴别肛瘘分型的价值.结果 MRI诊断肛瘘内口、主瘘管、肛瘘支管、肛瘘外口、脓肿的准确率分别为94.55％、94.00％、83.33％、100.00％、100.00％.MRI鉴别括约肌间型、经括约肌型、括约肌上型、括约肌外型的准确率分别为95.65％、93.75％、100.00％、100.00％.结论 高分辨MRI诊断肛瘘的准确性较高,可较好地鉴别肛瘘的分型.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of high-resolution MRI in the preoperative diagnosis and typing identification of anal fistula.Methods All 50 patients with anal fistula underwent high-resolution MRI examination.The value of MRI in the diagnosis of anal fistula and the identification of anal fistula typing was analyzed based on the surgical results.Results The accuracies of MRI in the diagnosis of anal fistula internal orifice,main fistula,anal fistula branch,anal fistula external orifice and abscess were 94.55％,94.00％,83.33％,100.00％and 100.00％,respectively.The accuracies of MRI in differentiating intersphincteric type,transsphincteric type,suprasphincteric type and extrasphincteric type were 95.65％,93.75％,100.00％and 100.00％,respectively.Conclusions High-resolution MRI has high accuracy in the diagnosis of anal fistula,and can better identify the typing of anal fistula.
