摘要

目的 探讨心率减速力(DC)、连续心率减速力(DRs)及心率变异性(HRV)与急性冠脉综合征(ACS)的相关性.方法 选取109例ACS患者为ACS组,109例健康者为对照组,比较两组的一般资料以及DC、DRs、HRV指标,分析各指标与ACS发病的相关性.结果 Logistic回归分析显示,性别、年龄、吸烟史、高血压史、饮酒史与ACS的发病呈正相关,DC、DR4、DR8、SDNN、SDANN与ACS的发病呈负相关(P<0.05).结论 DC、DRs、HRV作为直接反映迷走神经功能的指标,联合检测对ACS发病风险的预测有着重要的临床意义.

Abstract

Objective To explore the correlations of heart rate deceleration capacity(DC),continuous heart rate deceleration capacity(DRs)and heart rate variability(HRV)with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods 109 ACS patients were selected as ACS group,and 109 healthy people were selected as control group.The general data,and indicators of DC,DRs and HRV of the two groups were compared,and the correlations between each index and the occurrence of ACS were analyzed.Results Logistic regression analysis showed that gender,age,smoking history,hypertension history and drinking history were positively correlated with the occurrence of ACS,while DC,DR4,DR8,SDNN and SDANN were negatively correlated with the occurrence of ACS(P<0.05).Conclusions As indicators directly reflecting the function of vagus nerve,combined detection of DC,DRs and HRV has important clinical significance in predicting the occurrence risk of ACS.
