Analysis on the Correlations of Heart Rate Deceleration Capacity,Continuous Heart Rate Deceleration Capacity and Heart Rate Variability with Acute Coronary Syndrome
Objective To explore the correlations of heart rate deceleration capacity(DC),continuous heart rate deceleration capacity(DRs)and heart rate variability(HRV)with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods 109 ACS patients were selected as ACS group, and 109 healthy people were selected as control group. The general data, and indicators of DC,DRs and HRV of the two groups were compared, and the correlations between each index and the occurrence of ACS were analyzed. Results Logistic regression analysis showed that gender, age, smoking history, hypertension history and drinking history were positively correlated with the occurrence of ACS,while DC,DR4,DR8,SDNN and SDANN were negatively correlated with the occurrence of ACS(P<0.05).Conclusions As indicators directly reflecting the function of vagus nerve, combined detection of DC,DRs and HRV has important clinical significance in predicting the occurrence risk of ACS.
