Objective To explore the clinical effect of iguratimod combined with lornoxicam in the treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods 100 patients with RA were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with iguratimod tablets,and the observation group was treated with iguratimod tablets combined with lornoxicam for injection.The therapeutic effect,laboratory indicators and immune function were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the levels of ESR,CRP,PLT,IgG,IgA,IgM,CD3+and CD4+were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Iguratimod combined with lornoxicam for injection in the treatment of RA can relieve the clinical symptoms of patients and restore the immune balance of the body.
