摘要

目的 探讨自拟益气养心汤联合氯吡格雷片治疗冠心病(CHD)的效果及其机制.方法 110例CHD患者随机分为对照组(氯吡格雷片)和观察组(自拟益气养心汤联合氯吡格雷片),比较两组的干预效果.结果 观察组的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗3个月后,观察组的GSH-Px、抗O2-活力、Bcl-2均高于对照组,MDA、CK-MB、LVESV、LVESD均低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 自拟益气养心汤联合氯吡格雷治疗CHD的效果理想,其机制可能与抑制氧化应激、改善心功能有关.

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of self-made Yiqi Yangxin decoction combined with clopidogrel tablets in the treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD)and its mechanism.Methods A total of 110 CHD patients were randomly divided into the control group(clopidogrel tablets)and the observation group(self-made Yiqi Yangxin decoction combined with clopidogrel tablets).The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,GSH-Px,anti-O2 activity and Bcl-2 of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and MDA,CK-MB,LVESV and LVESD were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Self-made Yiqi Yangxin decoction combined with clopidogrel tablets in the treatment of CHD has ideal effect,and its mechanism may be related to inhibiting oxidative stress and improving cardiac function.
