Objective To explore the effect of self-made Yiqi Yangxin decoction combined with clopidogrel tablets in the treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD)and its mechanism.Methods A total of 110 CHD patients were randomly divided into the control group(clopidogrel tablets)and the observation group(self-made Yiqi Yangxin decoction combined with clopidogrel tablets).The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After 3 months of treatment,GSH-Px,anti-O2 activity and Bcl-2 of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and MDA,CK-MB,LVESV and LVESD were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Self-made Yiqi Yangxin decoction combined with clopidogrel tablets in the treatment of CHD has ideal effect,and its mechanism may be related to inhibiting oxidative stress and improving cardiac function.
