Observation on the Effect of Acupoint Catgut Embedding Combined with Modified Yiqi Huayu Decoction in the Treatment of Endometriosis
Objective To explore the effect of acupoint catgut embedding combined with modified Yiqi Huayu decoction in the treatment of endometriosis(EMT).Methods 110 patients with EMT were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with acupoint catgut embedding,and the observation group was treated with acupoint catgut embedding combined with modified Yiqi Huayu decoction.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the symptom scores of traditional chinese medicine in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,FSH,PI and RI were lower than those in the control group,and E2 was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Acupoint catgut embedding combined with modified Yiqi Huayu decoction in the treatment of EMT has ideal effect,which can alleviate the symptoms of patients,and improve local hemodynamics and hormone secretion.
