Comparison on the Effects of Modified Park Method Double Eyelid Surgery and Traditional Incision Method Double Eyelid Surgery in the Treatment of Patients with Upper Eyelid Relaxation Complicated with Bloat
Objective To explore the effects of modified Park method double eyelid surgery and traditional incision method double eyelid surgery in the treatment of patients with upper eyelid relaxation complicated with bloat.Methods 45 patients with upper eyelid relaxation complicated with bloat were divided into the control group(traditional incision method double eyelid surgery)and the observation group(modified Park method double eyelid surgery)according to different treatment methods.The surgical conditions,eyelid morphology,repair satisfaction degree and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,suture removal time and postoperative recovery time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the eyelid morphology score and repair satisfaction degree score at 3 months after surgery were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).No significant difference was found in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusions Compared with the traditional incision method double eyelid surgery,the modified Park method double eyelid surgery in the treatment of patients with upper eyelid relaxation complicated with bloat has more significant effect and higher safety,which can improve patients'eyelid morphology and repair satisfaction degree.
