摘要

目的 探讨扶元散加减联合门冬胰岛素治疗糖尿病肾病的临床效果.方法 72例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为两组,对照组给予门冬胰岛素治疗,观察组给予扶元散加减联合门冬胰岛素治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、血清炎性因子水平和肾血流指标.结果 治疗后,观察组的总有效率高于对照组,血清TNF-α、IL-6、CRP水平均低于对照组,EDV、PSV均高于对照组,PI低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 扶元散加减联合门冬胰岛素治疗糖尿病肾病可明显改善患者的血清炎性因子水平,促进肾血流恢复.

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified Fuyuan Powder combined with insulin aspart in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods 72 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with insulin aspart,and the observation group was treated with modified Fuyuan Powder combined with insulin aspart.The therapeutic effect,serum inflammatory factor levels and renal blood flow indicators were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the levels of serum TNF-α,IL-6 and CRP were lower than those of the control group,EDV and PSV were higher than those of the control group,and PI was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Modified Fuyuan Powder combined with insulin aspart in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy can significantly improve the levels of serum inflammatory factors and promote the recovery of renal blood flow of patients.
