Clinical Effect of Modified Fuyuan Powder Combined with Insulin Aspart in the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy and Its Impact on Serum Inflammatory Factor Levels and Renal Blood Flow
Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified Fuyuan Powder combined with insulin aspart in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods 72 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with insulin aspart,and the observation group was treated with modified Fuyuan Powder combined with insulin aspart.The therapeutic effect,serum inflammatory factor levels and renal blood flow indicators were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the levels of serum TNF-α,IL-6 and CRP were lower than those of the control group,EDV and PSV were higher than those of the control group,and PI was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Modified Fuyuan Powder combined with insulin aspart in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy can significantly improve the levels of serum inflammatory factors and promote the recovery of renal blood flow of patients.
