Impact of Cefoperazone Sulbactam Combined with Diprophylline on Symptom Improvement and CAT Score of Patients with Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
Objective To explore the clinical effect of cefoperazone sulbactam combined with diprophylline in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 70 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods. The control group was treated with cefoperazone sulbactam, and the observation group was treated with diprophylline injection on the basis of the control group. The efficacy, symptom improvement time and CAT score were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the improvement time of symptoms were shorter than those of the control group, and the CAT score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Cefoperazone sulbactam combined with diprophylline in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease has significant effect, and can effectively improve clinical symptoms.
