Clinical Study on Acetylcysteine Combined with Budesonide in the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
Objective To explore the clinical effect of acetylcysteine combined with budesonide in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 100 COPD patients were randomly divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group. On the basis of conventional treatment, the control group was treated with budesonide, while the study group was treated with acetylcysteine combined with budesonide. The clinical efficacy, lung function indicators, and adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 94.00%,significantly higher than the 78.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the FEV1,FEV1/FVC,and FEV1%in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Acetylcysteine combined with budesonide in the treatment of COPD has significant effect and high safety, and can obviously improve the lung function of patients.
