Expressions of Serum lncRNA CCAT2 and miR-944 in Patients with Cervical Cancer and Their Clinical Significance
Objective To analyze the expressions of serum lncRNA CCAT2 and miR-944 in patients with cervical cancer and their clinical significance. Methods 120 patients with cervical cancer were selected as the cervical cancer group,120 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia were selected as the lesion group, and 120 healthy people were selected as the control group. The expression levels of serum lncRNA CCAT2 and miR-944 in the three groups were compared, and the diagnostic effiicacy of the combined detection of the two for cervical cancer was analyzed. Results The expression levels of serum lncRNA CCAT2 and miR-944 from high to low were cervical cancer group, lesion group and control group(all P<0.05).The A UC of combined detection of serum lncRNA CCAT2 and miR-944 at admission in the diagnosis of cervical cancer was 0.916,higher than that of each index alone. Conclusions The levels of serum lncRNA CCAT2 and miR-944 in patients with cervical cancer are abnormally high, and the combined detection of the two has high diagnostic value for cervical cancer.
