Clinical Effect of O3 Autologous Blood Transfusion in the Treatment of Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction
Objective To explore the clinical effect of O3 autologous blood transfusion in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 89 patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods. The reference group received routine treatment, while the experimental group was treated with O3 autologous blood transfusion on the basis of the reference group. The clinical efficacy, neurological function, daily living activity, and lipid metabolism level were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 88.89%,higher than 70.45%in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment, the NIHSS score and the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group, and the BI score and HDL-C level were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions O3 autologous blood transfusion in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction has significant effect, which can effectively regulate the lipid metabolism level, relieve neurological damage, and improve the daily living activity of patients.
