Clinical Effect of Clomiphene Combined with Deoxyestrel-Ethinylestradiol in the Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome and Its Impact on Serum Sex Hormones of Patients
Objective To explore the clinical effect of clomiphene combined with deoxyestrel-ethinylestradiol in the treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods 90 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with deoxyestrel-ethinylestradiol,while the observation group was treated with clomiphene combined with deoxyestrel-ethinylestradiol.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate, ovulation rate, and pregnancy rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the levels of FSH,LH,and E2 after treatment were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Clomiphene combined with deoxyestrel-ethinylestradiol in the treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome has a significant effect, which can effectively regulate the serum sex hormone levels of patients, improve ovulation status, and improve pregnancy rate.
