Analysis on the Application Value of NLR in Predicting Liver Failure of Chronic Hepatitis B
Objective To explore the value of neutrophil lymphocyte ratio(NLR)in predicting liver failure in patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods 86 patients with chronic hepatitis B were divided into simple hepatitis B group and hepatitis B liver failure group according to the severity of the disease, and 40 healthy people were selected as the control group. The NLR and liver function indicators of the three groups were compared, and the value of NLR and liver function indicators in predicting liver failure in patients with chronic hepatitis B was analyzed. Results The levels of NLR,ALT and AST in the hepatitis B liver failure group were the highest, followed by the simple hepatitis B group, and the lowest in the control group(all P<0.05).The A UC of NLR in predicting liver failure in patients with chronic hepatitis B was 0.931.Conclusions NLR has high application value in predicting liver failure in patients with chronic hepatitis B.
