Impact of Aidi Injection on Postoperative Liver Function of Patients with Partial Resection of Liver Cancer
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Aidi Injection applied in patients after partial resection of liver cancer. Methods 90 patients with partial resection surgery of liver cancer were randomly divided into two groups. After surgery, the control group was treated with reduced glutathione, while the observation group was treated with Aidi Injection on the basis of the control group. The immune function, liver function, and tumor markers were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of CD3+,CD4+,and CD4+/CD8+in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, while the level of CD8+was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of TBIL,AST,and ALT in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of AFP and CEA in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Aidi Injection applied in patients after partial resection of liver cancer can effectively improve their immune function and liver function, and reduce the levels of tumor markers.
