Clinical Study of Tenofovir Combined with Entecavir in the Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B
Objective To explore the clinical effect of tenofovir combined with entecavir in the treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods 82 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into two groups, with 41 cases in each group. On the basis of routine liver protection treatment, the control group was treated with entecavir, while the observation group was treated with tenofovir combined with entecavir. The clinical efficacy, levels of inflammatory cytokines, and adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.24%,significantly higher than 70.73%of the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment, the levels of serum TGF-β1,IL-15 and IL-16 of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).No statistically significant difference was found in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Tenofovir combined with entecavir in the treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis B can significantly enhance the antiviral effect and inhibit the inflammatory reaction of the body.
