Study on the Application of Combined Detection of Serum Tumor Markers and ALP in Early Diagnosis of Pancreatic Cancer
Objective To analyze the application value of combined detection of serum tumor markers and ALP in the early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer. Methods 72 patients with pancreatic cancer were selected as the observation group, and 72 healthy people were selected as the control group. The levels of CEA,CA199,and ALP in the two groups were compared, and the levels of CEA,CA199,and ALP in patients with pancreatic cancer at different stages were compared. The efficacy of CEA,CA1 99,and ALP in diagnosing pancreatic cancer was analyzed. Results The levels of CEA,CA1 99,and ALP in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CEA,CA199 and ALP in patients with stage Ⅳ,Ⅲ and Ⅱ pancreatic cancer decreased in turn(P<0.05).The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of combined detection of CEA,CA1 99 and ALP in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer were higher than those of single detection of each index(P<0.05).Conclusions The levels of CEA,CA199 and ALP in patients with pancreatic cancer increase significantly, and the combined detection has high efficacy in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.
