Objective To explore the predictive value of serum Lp-PLA2,Aβ1-42 combined with Fazekas score for cognitive impairment in patients with cerebral small vessel disease. Methods 94 patients with cerebral small vessel disease admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into the cognitive impairment group and the cognitive normal group according to the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale score. The levels of Lp-PLA2 and Aβ1-42,and the Fazekas score were compared between the two groups, and the efficacy of levels of Lp-PLA2 and Aβ1-42 combined with Fazekas score in predicting the occurrence of cognitive impairment in patients with cerebral small vessel disease was analyzed. Results The levels of Lp-PLA2 and Aβ1-42,and the Fazekas score in the cognitive impairment group were higher than those in the cognitive normal group(P<0.05).ROC curve showed that the efficacy of levels of Lp-PLA2 and Aβ1-42 combined with Fazekas score in predicting cognitive impairment in patients with cerebral small vessel disease was higher than that of single index(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of serum Lp-PLA2 and Aβ1-42 levels and Fazekas score in predicting the occurrence of cognitive impairment in patients with cerebral small vessel disease has high application value.
