Objective To observe the effect of Fuzheng Peiyuan Decoction combined with FLOT regimen in the treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods 105 patients with advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with FLOT regimen,and the observation group was treated with Fuzheng Peiyuan Decoction combined with FLOT regimen.The short-term effects,inflammatory factors and tumor markers of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the ORR of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the levels of IFN-γ,TGF-β,IL-10,CEA and NSE were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Fuzheng Peiyuan Decoction combined with FLOT regimen in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer can improve the immune function of patients and enhance the anti-cancer effect.
