Application Effect of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Patients with Respiratory Failure During Non-Invasive Ventilator Therapy
Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in patients with respiratory failure during non-invasive ventilator therapy. Methods 90 patients with respiratory failure treated with non-invasive ventilator were randomly divided into the control group(routine nursing)and the observation group(routine nursing+clinical nursing pathway intervention). The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the SF-36 scores,pH value,PaO2,GCS score and nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and PaCO2 was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Clinical nursing pathway intervention applied in patients with respiratory failure treated with non-invasive ventilator can improve their quality of life and promote the recovery of respiratory function and consciousness.
