Objective To analyze the application value of timeliness incentive nursing in the rehabilitation period of patients with cervical spondylosis.Methods 80 patients with cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given basic clinical nursing combined with rehabilitation training,and the observation group was given timeliness incentive nursing on the basis of the control group.The rehabilitation training compliance,cervical function and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results The total compliance rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the NDI scores at 1,2 and 4 weeks after nursing were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction degree was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Timeliness incentive nursing can significantly improve the rehabilitation training compliance of patients with cervical spondylosis,improve the cervical function of patients,and improve the satisfaction degree of patients.
