Objective To observe the application effect of systematic nursing intervention in the emergency treatment of patients with acute pancreatitis(AP).Methods 80 patients with AP were randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received systematic nursing intervention. The symptom recovery time, nutritional indicators and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups. Results The recovery time of gastrointestinal function, body temperature and urinary amylase in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the levels of Hb,Alb and PAB at 72 hours after admission were higher than those in the control group, and the scores of nursing satisfaction degree were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Systematic nursing intervention can shorten the symptom recovery time of AP patients, improve their nutritional status, and improve their nursing satisfaction degree.
