Application of Modified Emergency Nursing Process Combined with Psychological Intervention in the Emergency Treatment of Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke
Objective To observe the application value of modified emergency nursing process combined with psychological intervention in the emergency treatment of patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Methods 104 patients with AIS were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine emergency nursing, and the observation group received modified emergency nursing process combined with psychological intervention. The rescue time and prognosis were compared between the two groups. Results The triage time, the time from admission to CT examination, the time from the end of CT examination to the beginning of thrombolysis, and the time from admission to intravenous thrombolysis in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the GCS score and BI score after nursing were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Modified emergency nursing process combined with psychological intervention can shorten the rescue time of AIS patients and improve their prognostic outcome.
