Objective To explore the effect of co-management care model based on WeChat applied in patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur.Methods 60 patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.The control group received routine out-of-hospital nursing,while the observation group received co-management nursing model based on WeChat on the basis of the control group.The hip joint function,daily living ability,quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the Harris score and MBI score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the scores of EQ-5D dimensions and the incidence of complications were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Co-management care model based on WeChat can improve the hip joint function and daily living ability of patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur,improve their quality of life,and reduce the incidence of complications.
