Application of Detailed Nursing Based on Quantitative Evaluation in ICU Patients with Nasointestinal Tube Indwelling
Objective To explore the application value of detailed nursing based on quantitative evaluation in ICU patients with nasointestinal tube indwelling.Methods 110 ICU patients with nasointestinal tube indwelling were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received detailed nursing based on quantitative evaluation.The catheterization,complications and satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of catheterization and the satisfaction degree scores of catheterization and pipeline maintenance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the rate of nasointestinal tube detachment and the incidence of complications were lower than those in the control group,and the operation time of catheterization was shorter than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Detailed nursing based on quantitative evaluation can improve the quality and safety of nasointestinal tube indwelling in ICU,and improve the nursing satisfaction degree of patients.
