Impact of Early Rehabilitation Nursing Under the Path of Nursing Process Optimization on Self-Efficacy and Living Ability of Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction
Objective To analyze the application effect of early rehabilitation nursing under the path of nursing process optimization in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods 88 patients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into the control group(routine nursing)and the observation group(early rehabilitation nursing under the path of nursing process optimization).The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the GSES score,BI score and nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group,and the 6 min walking distance was longer than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Early rehabilitation nursing under the path of nursing process optimization applied in patients with acute myocardial infarction has significant effect.
