Impact of Comfort Nursing on Postoperative Nutritional Status and Comfort Degree of Patients with Esophageal Cancer
Objective To analyze the effect of comfort nursing applied in patients with esophageal cancer after surgery.Methods A total of 90 patients with esophageal cancer surgery were randomly divided into two groups.After surgery,the control group received routine nursing,and the comfort nursing group received comfort nursing on the basis of the control group.The nutritional status,comfort degree and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the levels of serum prealbumin and albumin in the comfort nursing group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The comfort degree scores of environmental,physiological,psychological and social cultural in the comfort nursing group were higher than those in the control group,and the total incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Comfort nursing can improve the nutritional status of patients with esophageal cancer after surgery,improve their comfort degree and reduce the occurrence of complications.
