Application of Fast Track Surgery Nursing Intervention in Perioperative Period of Patients with Cervical Spondylotic Myelopathy
Objective To explore the application effect of fast track surgery(FTS)nursing intervention in perioperative period of patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy(CSM).Methods 86 patients with CSM who underwent surgical treatment were randomly divided into two groups, with 43 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group received FTS nursing intervention. The postoperative recovery, pain degree and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The time for cervical spine to return to activity and the hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and the VAS scores at 1 h,6 h and 12 h after surgery were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.65%,significantly lower than 23.26%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions FTS nursing intervention has significant application effect in the perioperative period of CSM patients, which can obviously relieve postoperative pain degree, reduce the occurrence of complications, and accelerate the rehabilitation process of patients.
