Application of Microwave Therapy Instrument Combined with Targeted Nursing in Patients with Breast Cancer After Surgery
Objective To explore the clinical effect of microwave therapy instrument combined with targeted nursing applied in patients with breast cancer after surgery. Methods 64 patients with breast cancer surgery admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 32 cases in each group. On the basis of routine nursing, the control group received targeted nursing, while the observation group received targeted nursing combined with microwave therapy instrument intervention. The incidence of upper limb edema and quality of life were compared between two groups. Results During the intervention period, the incidence of upper limb edema in the observation group was 18.75%,significantly lower than 43.75%in the control group(P<0.05).At one month of intervention, the functional area score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, while the symptom area score was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Microwave therapy instrument combined with targeted nursing can reduce the incidence of upper limb edema in patients after breast cancer surgery and improve their quality of life.
