Impact of Optimized Thrombolysis Nursing Process Combined with Ultra-Early Personalized Nursing on Rehabilitation Ef-fect and Complications of Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction Thrombolysis
Objective To explore the clinical effect of optimized thrombolysis nursing process combined with ultra-early personalized nursing applied in patients with acute cerebral infarction thrombolysis. Methods 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction thrombolysis were randomly divided into two groups. The reference group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given optimized thrombolysis nursing process combined with ultra-early personalized nursing. The rehabilitation effects and complications of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the NIHSS score in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group, the Barthel score was higher than that in the reference group, and the total incidence of complications was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Optimized thrombolysis nursing process combined with ultra-early personalized nursing can significantly improve the rehabilitation effect of patients with acute cerebral infarction thrombolysis and reduce the occurrence risk of complications.
